Led by a passionate and certified trainer with a Level 4 qualification in Dog Training from the Dog Training College, we offer more than cookie-cutter solutions. With years of hands-on experience fostering and retraining dogs from all walks of life, we know how to bring out the best in every pup. Whether it’s through focused training sessions or enriching walks that build real-world skills along the way.

Why I Started Devon Canine Training
I grew up in a home where we always had one foster dog staying with us at a time. Through that experience, I saw first hand the powerful impact humans can have on dogs.
While we provided a loving, safe space for these dogs until they got back on their feet and found their forever homes, I also saw the other side, the emotional and behavioural struggles caused by the people who had let them down. That contrast stuck with me.
It made me realise how important it is to help both dogs and their owners understand each other better. I started Devon Canine Training to do exactly that, to help more people build happy, balanced relationships with their dogs, because dogs really are man’s best friend, and they deserve the best from us.
